- All bespoke arrangements, wedding floristry, and event decorations are subject to consultation and a separate agreement detailing specific requirements, pricing, and timelines.
- Floral subscriptions and delivery services are subject to specific terms outlined at the point of purchase.
2. Ordering and Payment
- To place an order through our online platform, you must provide accurate and complete personal and payment information.
- All prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement, or as per the terms of a bespoke agreement.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Delivery Policy
- Avalon Petals provides flower delivery services within specified areas. Delivery charges and availability are detailed during the checkout process.
- We aim to deliver within your selected timeframe; however, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. External factors such as traffic or weather may cause delays.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address and that someone is available to receive the delivery. Redelivery attempts due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability may incur additional charges.
- For specific events, delivery terms will be outlined in your individual contract.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations for standard orders must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or collection time. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, minus any applicable processing fees.
- For bespoke arrangements, wedding floristry, and event services, cancellation policies will be explicitly stated in your individual service agreement.
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not typically offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been delivered to the correct address and are found to be in good condition upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence.
